Help Trailridge Middle School Build Community
and Work Towards a Goal!
On September 13, Trailridge students will be participating in an exciting event called Traversing the Trail! Students will go through the obstacle course at their own pace and will be able to make it as challenging as they wish!
Students will be part of a team and will compete in earning donations. The team earning the most money will be eligible for event-day prizes such gaga ball, a DJ dance party, dunk tank, and Kona Ice. If the entire school meets a goal of $12,000, ALL students will get to participate in these activities!
Additionally, top selling students will pick prizes for a later assembly including dying a staff member's hair, shaving Mr. Sigg’s head, pie-ing a teacher or administrator in the face, and making Dr. Cogswell sleep on the roof of Trailridge!
Funds raised from this event will make possible some exciting new initiatives such as off-campus end-of-year celebrations, enhanced quarterly celebrations, assemblies and clubs, and more!
Students will be learning more about Traversing the Trail in the coming days and weeks! Please consider donating any amount you are comfortable giving - no amount is too big or too small!
When donating online, please indicate the name of the student you are donating for so they can get credit!
Did You Know?
The PTA is one of the oldest and largest child advocacy associations in America. Today’s PTA is comprised of members who share a commitment to making a difference in the education, health, and safety of all children. It is an organization that promotes collaboration among parents, the school, and the community.
Your children are important to you and they are important to us! We know that children learn more and perform better in school when everyone in the school community works together to share thoughts, experiences, and collaborates on projects that benefit our children.
Can you Help?
We are looking for volunteers to help distribute MacBooks to Wildcat students Thursday, August 15 and Friday, August 16. If you are able to help for an hour (or more!), please click the link HERE. Thank you in advance!
